摘 要:针对具有更好尺寸适配性的卧式短滤筒除尘器,采用CFD软件对除尘器的脉冲喷吹清灰过程进行了动态数值模拟。通过仿真分析了喷吹过程中滤筒内部的流速和流场压力变化,对比了长短滤筒喷吹过程中压力分布的差别。通过单因素仿真对比分析,得到喷吹压力为0.5MPa、喷吹距离为180mm时,该除尘器的清灰效果最为理想。此外,合理设置文氏管对清灰效果也起到了显著的作用。针对清灰压力分布不均匀的问题,提出了一种在滤筒开口处设置圆锥形导流板的机构,使喷吹气流在滤筒前部提前扩散,有效提高喷吹气流均匀性。经研究结果显示,确定当导流板圆锥角度为70°时效果最佳。研究成果对于优化卧式短滤筒除尘器的设计和提高其清灰效果具有一定参考价值及指导意义。Aiming at the horizontal short cartridge filter with better size adaptability,CFD software is used to conduct dynamic numerical simulation of the dust removal process in a horizontally-oriented short cylinder dust collector with enhanced dimensional adaptability.Simulation analysis is performed to investigate the variations in flow velocity and flow field pressure within the filter cylinder during the spraying process,while also comparing the pressure distribution differences between short and long filter cylinders.Through single-factor simulations and comparative analyses,it is determined that optimal dust removal efficiency can be achieved when using a spray pressure of 0.5 MPa and a spray distance of 180 mm.Furthermore,proper configuration of the venturi tube significantly influences ash removal effectiveness.To address issues related to uneven ash cleaning pressure distribution,a mechanism featuring a conical deflector positioned at the opening of the filter barrel is proposed to pre-spread jet flows at the front end of the filter barrel,thereby effectively improving jet flow uniformity.Results indicate that an optimal effect can be achieved when utilizing a deflector cone angle of 70°.The findings provide valuable references and guidance for optimizing horizontal short cylinder dust collector designs and enhancing cleaning performance.
