摘  要:利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对自动人行道桁架结构进行了强度分析计算。对桁架整体进行了静力学分析和简化,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,将实际薄壁焊接结构依据有限元理论进行合理力学简化;对各项初始条件做参数化处理,利用APDL语言编程将桁架计算分析参数化,经过建模、材料属性、约束、加载、工况组合等程序,对金属桁架进行各种载荷工况受力仿真分析。按照检规要求进行自动人行道挠度实验并对仿真模拟值进行了验证。研究结果表明,挠度仿真模拟值与实测值仅相差10%左右,两者吻合度较高,说明此种模拟计算方法契合桁架实际结构,可靠性较高,为进一步对此类结构优化分析奠定了很好的基础。ANSYS is used to perform a strength analysis calculation of moving walk truss.The static analysis is carried out,after simplified the actual thin-walled welded structure,the truss calculation and analysis are parameterized by APDL language programming,and the metal truss is simulated and analyzed under various load conditions through modeling,material properties,constraints,loading,working condition combinations and other programs.The deflection test is carried out according to regulations requirements and the simulation value is verified.The results show that the difference between the simulated value and test value is only about 10%,it indicated that the simulation calculation method is suitable for the actual structure of the truss and has high reliability,which lays a good foundation for further optimization and analysis of this kind of structure.
