摘 要:动态光散射法以其具有非接触、测量速度快和准确性高的优势被国际ISO推荐为测量纳米和亚微米颗粒粒径的标准方法。然而,传统的动态光散射实验存在难调节、耗时而容易引入杂散光等问题,为此将自动调节功能引入到动态光散射实验中,提出了基于动态光散射法的双调节散射光接收系统的设计方案。该方案利用联动套筒将样品池和光电探测器连接在一起,能有效隔绝环境干扰,通过两组联轴器和步进电机来自动调节光阑狭缝间距和散射距离,采用粗调和微调两个步骤实现了对散射光强度大小和质量的控制和检测。同时,利用共轴特性,避免了人为调节误差,确保散射面与接收面处于同一平行面,大大降低了实验搭建难度。该设计优化了传统的动态光散射实验系统,装置简单,很好地解决了难调节等问题,实现了动态光散射实验的全自动、双调节功能,有望为光散射实验提供新的技术手段。The dynamic light scattering method is recommended by international ISO as the standard method for measuring the particle size of nanoparticles due to its non-contact,fast measurement speed and high accuracy.However,the traditional dynamic light scattering experiment has the problems of difficult adjustment,time-consuming and easy to introduce stray light,so the automatic adjustment function is introduced into the dynamic light scattering experiment,and a design scheme of dual-modulated scattered light receiving system is proposed based on the dynamic light scattering method.This solution uses a linkage sleeve to connect the sample cell and photodetector together,which effectively isolates environmental interference.At the same time,the coaxial characteristics are used to avoid the artificial adjustment error,and the scattering surface and the receiving surface are in the same plane,which greatly reduces the difficulty of experimental construction.The design optimizes the traditional dynamic light scattering experimental system,which is simple and solves the problems of difficult adjustment,and realizes the fully automatic and dual adjustment function of dynamic light scattering experiment,which is expected to provide a new technical means for light scattering experiment.
