摘 要:针对地铁行业UPS(不间断电源)的故障量不断上升的问题,为了减少UPS的故障量,保证地铁的正常运营,提出了一种适合地铁行业的20 kVA以下UPS的离线式维修策略。首先简单介绍UPS的基本模块和工作模式;然后列举UPS的4个常发故障点,包括:电解电容、聚丙烯电容、IGBT、风扇,分析常发故障点的故障原理,预测其使用寿命;再结合地铁的实际生产环境制定UPS的维修方式;最后制定了地铁20 kVA以下UPS的离线式维修策略。将该UPS维修策略应用在广州地铁站台门专业的UPS,减少UPS的返修率和故障数量,提高UPS的维修质量,保障广州地铁的正常运营,实现预期目标。In response to the increasing number of UPS(uninterruptible power supply)failures in the subway industry,in order to reduce the number of UPS failures and ensure the normal operation of the subway,a suitable offline maintenance strategy for UPS below 20 kVA is proposed for the subway industry.Firstly,the basic modules and working modes of UPS are introduced.Then the four common faults of UPS are listed,including electrolytic capacitors,polypropylene capacitors,IGBT and fans,the fault principles of common faults are analyzed,the service life is predicted,based on the actual production environment of the subway,the maintenance method of UPS is formulated.Finally,an offline maintenance strategy for UPS below 20 kVA in the subway is formulated.This UPS maintenance strategy is applied to the UPS system for platform doors in Guangzhou Metro,which improves the maintenance quality of UPS,ensures the normal operation of Guangzhou Metro,and achieves the expected goals.
