摘　　要：随着职业教育的不断发展,高职院校对教师教研能力也提出了新的要求和挑战。随着教师教科研成果的增多,传统的管理方式已经不能准确高效地完成教师教科研成果的管理,目前急须建设一款适用于高职院校的教科研成果管理系统。文章首先对目前高职院校教科研成果管理平台的建设现状进行了研究;其次对高职院校教科研成果管理系统建设的相关技术进行了阐述;最后根据高职院校教科研成果管理系统的需求分析给出了系统总体设计方案。With the continuous development of vocational education,higher vocational colleges have put forward new requirements and challenges for teachers’teaching and research ability.With the increase of teachers’teaching and research achievements,the traditional management method has been unable to accurately and efficiently complete the management of teachers’teaching and research achievements,and it is urgent to build a teaching and research achievements management system suitable for higher vocational colleges.This paper firstly studies the current construction status of the management platform of teaching and research achievements in higher vocational colleges,then expounds the related technologies of the construction of the management system of teaching and research achievements in higher vocational colleges,and finally gives the overall design scheme of the system according to the demand analysis of the management system of teaching and research achievements in higher vocational colleges.
