摘　　要：为了探讨120院前急救系统的安全规划与建设实践,提高急救服务的效率和质量,确保患者在急救过程中得到及时、有效的救治,文章对院前急救网络安全核心设备的漏洞及风险进行深入分析,从管理制度、备份和恢复策略、数据加密等方面入手,采取有针对性的措施,加强院前急救网络安全。通过对院前急救系统进行安全规划与建设,文章解决了现实问题,提升了急救服务的整体效能,并强调了120急救指挥调度系统的重要性及网络安全对其运行的关键影响,为院前急救系统的安全规划与建设提供有益的参考和借鉴。In order to explore the security planning and construction practice of 120 pre-hospital emergency system,improve the efficiency and quality of emergency service,and ensure that patients get timely and effective treatment in the first aid process.This paper analyzes the vulnerabilities and risks of the core equipment of pre-hospital emergency network security,and takes targeted measures to strengthen pre-hospital emergency network security from the aspects of management system,backup and recovery strategy and data encryption.Through the safety planning and construction of the pre-hospital emergency system,the practical problems are solved and the overall efficiency of the emergency service is improved.This paper emphasizes the importance of 120 emergency command and dispatch system and the key impact of network security on its operation,which provides useful reference for the security planning and construction of pre-hospital emergency system.
