摘 要:FMVSS 226试验是汽车乘员抛出保护试验,用于模拟汽车在各种翻滚和侧碰事故下,汽车约束系统对乘员全部或局部抛出窗外的缓冲保护性能。某款汽车的“初始设计”气帘在进行乘员抛出保护试验后,发现其后排窗户最恶劣工况不满足要求。根据“初始设计”气帘的乘员抛出试验状态基于有限元LS-DYNA软件建立乘员抛出CAE模型。然后进行标定,确保乘员抛出CAE模型求解结果与乘员抛出试验结果一致,表明CAE模型的可信性和准确性。最后根据准确的CAE模型,对气帘各种优化方案进行验证,获得既满足乘员抛出性能要求,又满足降低生产制造成本的最优设计方案。FMVSS226 is used to simulate the restraint system's ejection mitigation perfor⁃mance for all or part of passengers thrown out of the window in a variety of rollover and side crash ac⁃cidents.The"original design"of the air curtain for a certain car model is found to be unsatisfactory for the worst-case scenario of the rear window during the mitigation ejection protection test.Firstly,the CAE model by finite element LS-DYNA is established.Secondly,the CAE model is correlated to ensure that the CAE results are consistent with the test,which proves the accuracy and credibility of the CAE model.At last,based on correlated CAE model,the improved design of airbag is obtained to meet the performance requirements of ejection mitigation and also reduses the cost of the manufac⁃turing.
