摘 要:通过挖掘喜爱武家泥塑文化人群的需求,分析用户需求和设计需求之间的关系转化,设计出能够满足用户需求的武家泥塑App。通过桌面调研、用户访谈和问卷调查初步收集用户需求,使用Kano模型对用户需求进行分类归纳以及运算,得到用户需求的优先级。借助Kano模型使武家泥塑App设计流程更加客观,较为贴合用户的真正需求,对武家泥塑文化的传播与发展提供一定的价值。通过Kano模型能够获取用户真正的需求并实现,有效提升用户满意度,实现武家泥塑文化的传播普及,为武家泥塑未来发展途径提供了一定的借鉴价值。By tapping into the needs of those who appreciate the culture of Wujia Clay Figurines to analyze the relationship between user demands and design requirements,we aim to create a Wujia Clay Figurine App that meets the users’needs.Through a preliminary collection of user requirements via desktop research,user interviews,and questionnaire surveys,as well as the categorization and calculation of these needs with the Kano model,we have determined the priority of user requirements.With the help of the Kano model,we have made the design process of the Wujia Clay Figurine App more objective and more in line with the real needs of users,thus providing certain value for the dissemination and development of the culture of Wujia Clay Figurines.Kano model enbables us to capture the true needs of users and fulfill them,effectively enhancing user satisfaction.It also facilitates the popularization of this culture,providing certain referential value for how to develop Wujia Clay Figurines in the future.
