服务接触理论视阈下的儿童医疗空间疗愈环境设计策略研究

摘　　要：儿童医疗空间的疗愈环境营造是医疗领域未来发展的重要方向。将服务接触理论应用在儿童医疗空间中,通过对服务接触疗愈要素与空间触媒的多重交互关系进行深入分析,构建患儿、陪护家属、医护人员、医院为主体的四元疗愈服务接触模型。在用户就诊流程的基础上挖掘服务接触点这一重要介质,进而探讨患儿与家属在医院空间中的情感接触点变化与疗愈元素的系统融入。随后,剖析疗愈需求与情感反应之间的耦合关系,并鉴于此提出针对性的设计策略,为儿童医疗疗愈空间的优化与转型升级提供实践指导。The creation of healing environment in children's medical space is an important direction for the future development of medical field.By applying the service contact theory to children's medical space,we construct a fourdimensional healing service contact model with children,accompanying family members,medical staff and hospital as the main body through indepth analyses of the healing elements of service contact and space catalysts.The service contact points are explored on the basis of the user's consultation process,and then the emotional contact points and healing elements of children and their families in the hospital space are explored.Subsequently,the coupling relationship between healing needs and emotional responses is analysed,and targeted design strategies are proposed to provide practical guidance for the optimisation and transformation and upgrading of children's medical healing spaces.
