摘 要:拓扑优化结果为产品造型创新提供思路,提高设计科学性与效率,产品感性意象是产品外在语言与用户感性需求的连接媒介,本文提出基于拓扑优化的造型意象设计方法。应用感性工学方法构建产品造型元素与感性意象的映射关系,根据感性意象结果生成拓扑优化结构模型,最后将感性意象与拓扑优化结果耦合生成最终造型方案。以汽车轮毂造型设计为例,进行有限元分析与用户感性评价来验证方案的可行性。拓扑优化方法与感性工学方法结合能为产品造型设计提供参考,有效拓展产品创新设计思路。Topology optimization results can provide ideas for product styling innovation.Perceptual engineering connects between the product's external language and the user's perceptual needs.Accordingly,this paper proposes a styling imagery design method based on topology optimization.Firstly,we construct a sample library of automobile and wheel styling,summarize users'perceptual imagery evaluation words and analyze the relationship between product styling elements and imagery using quantitative one-class theory to determine the optimal design element scheme;secondly,we apply topology optimization based on the results of perceptual imagery to generate the structural model;Lastly,the final styling scheme is generated by coupling the perceptual imagery with the results of topology optimization.Taking the styling design of automobile wheels as an example,finite element analysis and user perceptual evaluation are carried out to verify the feasibility of the scheme.The combination of topological optimization method and perceptual engineering method can provide reference for product styling design and effectively expand the innovative design ideas of products.
