摘 要:随着电网的发展,对变电站的自动控制提出了更高的要求。为提高变电站防误闭锁现场检验工作效率,结合变电站现场实际情况,设计了一种一二次设备防误闭锁现场自动检测系统。结果表明,研究所提方法在有障碍的情况下,实收帧数为1 455,丢帧率为3%;闭锁逻辑从发出指令到执行操作总时间为55 ms~140 ms,控制误差以及绝对误差都没有超过3%;研究所提方法的执行效率逐渐随着测试样本增加而增加,而且执行效率最高,平均为99.3%,改进方法和传统方法分别为98.8%和98.6%。该系统提高了防误闭锁装置的可靠性,减少了现场人工检验工作量,避免了人为因素造成的失误,从而提高了变电站一二次设备防误闭锁的检测效率和可靠性。With the development of power grid, higher requirements are put forward for the automatic control of substation. In order to improve the efficiency of on-site inspection of anti-error lock-out in substation, an automatic on-site inspection system for anti-error lock-out of primary and secondary equipment is designed according to the actual situation of substation. The results show that under the condition of the proposed method, the actual frame number is 1 455 and the frame drop rate is 3%. The total time from issuing instruction to executing operation is 55 ms~ 140 ms, and the control error and absolute error are not more than 3%. The implementation efficiency of the proposed method gradually increased with the increase of the test sample, and the implementation efficiency was the highest, with an average of 99.2%, and the improved method and the traditional method were 98.6% and 97.1%, respectively. The system improves the reliability of the anti-error lock device, reduces the workload of on-site manual inspection, avoids the error caused by human factors, and improves the detection efficiency and reliability of the anti-error lock of the substation's primary and secondary equipment.
