摘　　要：绝缘电阻测试仪可以持续对电气设备的绝缘电阻进行监测,并及时反馈测试结果。为此,设计电气现场绝缘电阻测试仪多点自动化检测系统,确保电气设备安全运行。利用单片机生成基准电压;通过有源钳位倍压变换器处理基准电压,输出稳定的高电压;利用分压电阻模块分压处理高电压,得到模拟分压信号;依据开关模块将模拟分压信号连接到被测电气设备的多个检测点上;通过信号采集电路采集各检测点的模拟分压信号;采用积分过采样模数转换器,转换模拟分压信号得到数字分压信号;主测试模块依据各检测点的数字分压信号,得到各检测点的绝缘电阻测量结果,完成绝缘电阻多点自动化检测;由显控模块为用户呈现绝缘电阻多点自动化检测结果。实验证明:该系统可有效处理基准电压得到稳定的高电压;该系统模数转换的差分线性误差较低;该系统可有效测量电气设备的多点绝缘电阻,完成多点自动化检测。Insulation resistance tester can continuously monitor the insulation resistance of electrical equipment,and timely feedback test results.Therefore,the multi-point automatic testing system of electrical field insulation resistance tester is designed to ensure the safe operation of electrical equipment.Using single chip computer to generate reference voltage;The reference voltage is processed by the active clamp voltage doubling converter,and the stable high voltage is output.The simulated partial voltage signal is obtained by using the partial voltage resistor module to deal with high voltage.According to the switch module,the analog voltage partial signal is connected to multiple detection points of the electrical equipment under test;The analog partial voltage signal of each detection point is collected by signal acquisition circuit;An integral oversampling ADC is used to convert the analog partial voltage signal to obtain the digital partial voltage signal.The main test module obtains the insulation resistance measurement results of each detection point according to the digital voltage division signal of each detection point,and completes the multi-point automatic insulation resistance detection.The display and control module presents the multi-point automatic detection result of insulation resistance for the user.Experimental results show that the system can deal with reference voltage effectively to obtain stable high voltage.The difference linear error and integral linear error of the system are low.This system can effectively measure multi-point insulation resistance of electrical equipment and complete multi-point automatic detection.
