摘 要:传统的分拣系统主要依靠人工操作,存在工作效率低、误差率高等问题。为解决这些问题,研究提出了基于多传感器定位的自动化分拣技术。首先,研究对多传感器定位的产业物流自动化分拣模型进行构建,然后,对基于多传感器定位的产业物流自动化分拣技术进行结果分析,研究发现在低等复杂路径中,研究方法的定位效果与真实值路径基本吻合,最大的定位误差控制在2 cm以内。在中等复杂路径中,研究方法的定位效果能够与真实值的位置精确匹配,且最大的定位误差在3 cm以内。在高等复杂路径中,研究方法的定位效果图与真实值的波动一致,最大的定位误差控制在5 cm以内。由此可知,此次研究方法能够有效地提高产业物流的分拣效率和准确率。The traditional sorting system mainly relies on manual operation,which has the problems of low efficiency and high error rate.To solve these problems,an automatic sorting technology based on multi-sensor positioning is proposed in this study.Firstly,the paper constructs the automatic sorting model of industrial logistics based on multi-sensor positioning.Then,the paper analyzes the results of the automatic sorting technology of industrial logistics based on multi-sensor positioning.It is found that in the low and complex path,the positioning effect of the research method is basically consistent with the real value path,and the maximum positioning error is controlled within 2cm.In the medium complex path,the positioning effect of the research method can precisely match the position of the real value,and the maximum positioning error is less than 3cm.In the highly complex path,the positioning effect diagram of the research method is consistent with the fluctuation of the real value,and the maximum positioning error is controlled within 5cm.It can be seen that this research method can effectively improve the sorting efficiency and accuracy of industrial logistics.
