摘  要:近些年,客运索道逐渐成为广大游客所喜爱的游乐设施,然而,当客运索道发生故障时,当前通常以老式救援为主,其救援效率较低且成本较高。因此,为了能够低成本高效率将被困游客转移到安全位置,研究出一种新型全自动高效客运索道救援设备迫在眉睫。首先,根据救援设备可连续和快速救援的特性,并结合客运索道特点,研究出新型全自动客运索道救援设备整体方案;其次,结合救援设备可完成爬坡、跨越吊椅、跨越支架、四轮同步行走于缆绳及调速等功能,完成救援设备机械、电气、液压等单元设计;最后,通过现场对样机进行试验调试,分别通过四行走轮同步测试、爬坡行走测试、跨越吊椅以及跨越支架测试进行验证,该设备均能高效完成救援每个步骤。研究结果表明:相比于老式救援方式,该设备救援更加自动高效、安全和灵活,满足未来客运索道救援发展需要。In recent years,passenger cableways have gradually become a popular amusement facility for tourists.However,when a passenger cableway malfunctions,old-fashioned rescue methods are usually used,which have lower rescue efficiency and higher costs.Therefore,it is urgent to develop a new type of fully automatic and efficient passenger cableway rescue equipment in order to transfer trapped tourists to a safe location with low cost and high efficiency.Firstly,based on the characteristics of continuous and rapid rescue equipment,and combined with the characteristics of passenger ropeways,a new fully automatic passenger ropeway rescue equipment overall plan is studied;Secondly,combined with rescue equipment,it can complete functions such as climbing,crossing suspension chairs,crossing brackets,four wheel synchronous walking on cables and speed regulation,and complete the design of mechanical,electrical,hydraulic and other units of rescue equipment;Finally,through on-site testing and debugging of the prototype,it was verified that the equipment can efficiently complete each rescue step through synchronous testing of four walking wheels,climbing walking tests,crossing suspension chairs,and crossing brackets.The research results indicate that compared to old-fashioned rescue methods,this device is more automatic,efficient,safe,and flexible in rescue,meeting the needs of future passenger ropeway rescue development.
