摘 要:为了研究不同浸提剂对钒钛磁铁尾矿重金属的提取效果,选取5种浸提剂在不同振荡时间下提取尾矿重金属有效态Cu、Cr,对比提取效率,结果表明:5种浸提剂对Cu的浸提率依次为EDTA-2Na>DTPA>HAc-NaAc>MgCl_(2)>CaCl_(2),对Cr的浸提率依次为EDTA-2Na>HAc-NaAc>CaCl_(2)>DTPA>MgCl_(2)。HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液、EDTA-2Na溶液、DTPA溶液对Cu的浸出量随尾矿粒径的缩小而显著增加;尾矿粒径对Cr浸出量的无显著影响。在试验时间范围内,EDTA-2Na溶液和HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液对Cr的浸提,在90min内达到浸提溶液Cr离子吸附平衡状态,研究发现EDTA-2Na对钒钛磁铁尾矿有效态重金属Cu、Cr的提取率最高。In order to study the extraction effect of different extractants on heavy metals in vanadium-titanium magnetite tailings,five extractants were selected to extract available Cu and Cr from tailings under different oscillation time,and the extraction efficiency was compared.The results showed that the extraction rate of Cu was EDTA-2na>DTPA>HACNAAC>MgCl_(2)>CaCl_(2),and the extraction rate of Cr was EDTA-2na>HAC-.The leaching amount of Cu by HAc-NaAc buffer solution,EDTA-2Na solution and DTPA solution increased significantly with the decrease of particle size.In the experimental time range,the leaching of Cr by EDTA-2Na solution and HAc-NaAc buffer solution reached the equilibrium state of Cr ion adsorption in leaching solution within 90min.It is considered that EDTA-2Na is the most suitable leaching agent for extracting effective heavy metals Cu and Cr from vanadium-titanium magnet tailings.
