摘 要:以精镉锭为原料,酸洗除去表面氧化膜,投入真空蒸馏炉中,通过模具设计,研究模具结构、蒸馏温度和真空度对蒸馏产出率的影响,找出5N镉片蒸馏关键影响因素,为真空蒸馏稳定制备5N高纯镉片提供技术依据。实验结果表明,当坩埚高度/内径比达到1.667,蒸馏温度为470℃,真空系统压强为1×10^(-3)Pa时,真空蒸馏制备高纯镉片化学成分可控、蒸馏效果较好,蒸馏产出率可达到73%。Using refined cadmium ingot as raw material,the surface oxide film was removed by pickling and put into vacuum distillation furnace.Through mold design,the influence of mold structure,distillation temperature and vacuum degree on distillation yield was studied,and the key influencing factors of distillation of 5N cadmium sheet were found out,which provided the technical basis for stable preparation of 5N high purity cadmium sheet by vacuum distillation.The experimental results show that when the crucible height/inner diameter ratio reaches 1.667,the distillation temperature is 470℃,and the vacuum system pressure is 1×10^(-3)Pa,the chemical composition of high purity cadmium sheet prepared by vacuum distillation is controllable,the distillation effect is good,and the distillation yield can reach 73%.
