摘 要:矿山机械在采矿业中扮演着至关重要的角色,而液压系统则是其关键组成部分之一。液压系统通过传递液体压力来实现机械部件的运动和力量传递。因此,对于矿山机械的性能和可靠性至关重要。然而,由于矿山环境的恶劣条件以及机械的高负荷工作,液压系统常常面临各种故障和问题。本文旨在浅析矿山机械常见液压故障及应对方法,以提供解决这些问题的指导和建议。Mining machinery plays a crucial role in the mining industry,and its hydraulic system is one of its key components.The hydraulic system achieves the movement and force transmission of mechanical components by transmitting liquid pressure,which is crucial for the performance and reliability of mining machinery.However,due to the harsh conditions of mining environments and the high workload of machinery,hydraulic systems often face various faults and problems.This article aims to analyze common hydraulic faults in mining machinery and their corresponding solutions,in order to provide guidance and suggestions for solving these problems.
