摘 要:通过对析出锌形态的分析,明确了影响直流电耗和产品质量的主要因素。为进一步研究,我们确定了湿法炼锌系统中阴阳极板的相对尺寸,并优化了阴极板的设计方案。这一优化消除了阴极下沿瘤状晶粒的析出现象,改善了槽内的循环流场,减小了电解液中Zn^(2+)的浓度差,降低了电积过程中的温升,从本质上提高了电积过程的稳定性。这些改进达到了降低锌电积直流电耗指标的目的,同时缩减了阳极的有效面积,实现了节约能耗、提升产品品质、降低生产成本的目标。By analyzing the forms of precipitated zinc,the main factors affecting DC power consumption and product quality have been identified.For further research,we determined the relative dimensions of the anode and cathode plates in the wet zinc refining system and optimized the design scheme of the cathode plate.This optimization eliminates the precipitation phenomenon of nodular grains along the lower edge of the cathode,improves the circulating flow field in the tank,reduces the concentration difference of Zn^(2+)in the electrolyte,lowers the temperature rise during the electrodeposition process,and fundamentally enhances the stability of the electrodeposition process.These improvements have achieved the goal of reducing the DC power consumption index of zinc electroplating,while reducing the effective area of the anode,achieving the goals of energy conservation,improving product quality,and reducing production costs.
