摘　　要：本文主要介绍回转窑的安装过程,包括托轮组轴瓦的刮研、底板边线标高及纵横中心线的控制,以及一组和多组托轮顶标高及纵横中心线的安装控制策略。This article mainly introduces the installation process of the rotary kiln,including the scraping and grinding of the bearing shells of the supporting wheel group,the control of the bottom plate edge elevation and longitudinal and transverse centerlines,as well as the installation control strategy of one or more sets of supporting wheel top elevation and longitudinal and transverse centerlines.
