摘  要:陕西某高硫铜矿石中矿物组成复杂,目的矿物黄铜矿、黄铁矿矿物嵌布粒度不均匀且多数较细。在矿石性质研究的基础上进行了选别流程对比试验研究。证明与混合浮选流程相比,在铜精矿处于同一品级时,优先流程所得回收率高于等可浮流程的铜回收率,可作为选厂确定选别流程的技术依据。The mineral composition of a high sulfur copper ore in Shaanxi is complex,and the target minerals chalcopyrite and pyrite are unevenly distributed in particle size and mostly finer.Based on the study of ore properties,comparative experiments were conducted on the sorting process.Prove that compared with the mixed flotation process,when the copper concentrate is in the same grade,the recovery rate obtained by the priority process is higher than that of the equally floatable process,which can be used as the technical basis for determining the selection process in the beneficiation plant.
