摘 要:为建设绿色矿山,减少资源浪费,有效解决矿山生产活动给地质环境带来的破坏,改善生态环境和当地生产生活,还需基于相关法律规范和当地矿区地质环境状况,综合采矿活动带来的影响程度提出相关地质环境保护与土地复垦方法。对此,尝试从矿山地质环境问题特征着手,分析了不同矿山和不同开采方式下的典型问题,从而提出合理选择开采技术、加强地质环境监测等相关保护方法,并提出遵循野外调查、确定复垦范围等流程展开土地复垦,实现对矿山地质环境的有效恢复,保护耕地。In order to build green mines,reduce resource waste,effectively solve the damage caused by mining activities to the geological environment,improve the ecological environment and local production and life,it is necessary to propose relevant geological environment protection and land reclamation methods based on relevant legal norms and local geological environment conditions of mining areas,and comprehensively evaluate the impact of mining activities.In this regard,we attempt to start with the characteristics of geological environment problems in mines,analyze typical problems in different mines and mining methods,and propose relevant protection methods such as reasonable selection of mining technology and strengthening of geological environment monitoring.We also propose to follow the process of field investigation and determining the scope of reclamation to carry out land reclamation,achieve effective restoration of the geological environment in mines,and protect arable land.
