摘  要:为进一步推进公路建设绿色发展,缓解废旧轮胎带来的环境压力,促进废旧轮胎胶粉改性沥青的推广应用,梳理了废胶粉改性沥青及其沥青混合料的相关研究成果,以橡胶粉、活化剂、芳烃油等多种材料,以不同的制备工艺和改变胶粉、改性剂掺量制备得到复合橡胶沥青,并进行了相关的沥青性能试验。通过不同发育时间的橡胶沥青性能,本着性能要求和节约能源的角度,确定了发育时间为0.5 h;活化剂掺量越多,对性能的影响越大,为了保证一定的延展性和弹性恢复率,建议活化剂掺量为0.7%;不同胶粉掺量对橡胶沥青的性能存在一定程度的影响,对比不同的指标,推荐胶粉掺量为18%。为了增加橡胶粉与基质沥青的相容性,可以适当地添加芳烃油,试验表明:芳烃油的添加可促进胶粉与沥青相容,降低黏度,有利于橡胶沥青混合料的制备。In order to further promote the green development of highway construction,relieve the environmental pressure brought by waste tires,and promote the popularization and application of waste tire rubber powder modified asphalt,the relevant research results of waste rubber powder modified asphalt and its asphalt mixture were reviewed.Composite rubber asphalt was prepared by using various materials such as rubber powder,activator,aromatic oil,and different preparation processes and changing the dosage of rubber powder and modifier.The asphalt performance test was also carried out.According to the properties of rubber asphalt with different development times,the development time was determined to be 0.5 h in the view of performance requirements and energy saving.The greater the amount of activator,the greater the impact on the performance.In order to ensure a certain ductility and elastic recovery,the recommended amount of activator is 0.7%.Different content of rubber powder has a certain degree of influence on the performance of rubber asphalt.Compared with different indexes,the recommended content of rubber powder is 18%.In order to increase the compatibility between rubber powder and asphalt,aromatic oil can be properly added.The test shows that the addition of aromatic oil can promote the compatibility between rubber powder and asphalt,reduce viscosity,and is conducive to the preparation of rubber asphalt mixture.
