就地冷再生技术在公路养护中的应用与优势分析

摘  要:针对湖南省怀化市沅陵县国道G319线受损严重的沥青混凝土路面,采用就地冷再生技术进行维修和养护。通过新集料和无机回收料的筛分试验,确定了适宜的粒径分布和材质特性,满足了技术规范要求。在配合比设计中,无侧限抗压强度试验结果表明,水泥剂量为4.5%时,混合料的7 d无侧限抗压强度满足设计要求。施工工艺包括材料处理、施工准备、铣刨拌合、碾压整形、接缝处理和养生阶段等,确保了施工过程的规范性和工程质量。通过对比水泥冷再生混合料与骨架密实型水泥稳定碎石混合料的路用性能,发现水泥冷再生混合料在长期养生后,水泥冷再生混合料的7 d无侧限抗压强度为5.3 MPa,而室内养生90 d后提升至8.5 MPa,骨架密实型水泥稳定碎石混合料的7 d无侧限抗压强度为6.9 MPa,90 d后达到12.3 MPa,且骨架密实型混合料在温度变化下的体积收缩程度普遍小于水泥冷再生混合料,显示出更好的温度稳定性,证明就地冷再生技术在公路养护中的应用具有显著的技术优势和经济效益。For the seriously damaged asphalt mixed soil pavement of National Highway G319 in Yuanling County,Huaihua City,Hunan Province,cold in-place recycling technology was adopted for repair and maintenance.Through the sieve test of new aggregate and inorganic recycled material,the appropriate particle size distribution and material properties were determined to meet the requirements of technical specifications.In the mixture ratio design,the results of the unconfined compressive strength test show that the 7 d unconfined compressive strength of the mixture meets the design requirements at a cement dosage of 4.5%.The construction process includes material treatment,construction preparation,milling and mixing,crushing and shaping,joint treatment and recuperation stage,which ensures the standardisation of the construction process and the quality of the project.By comparing the road performance of cement cold recycled mixture and skeleton compacted cement stabilised gravel mixture,it was found that the 7 d unconfined compressive strength of cement cold recycled mixture was 5.3 MPa after long-term curing,and it increased to 8.5 MPa after 90 d of indoor curing,and the 7 d unconfined compressive strength of skeleton compacted cement stabilised gravel mixture was 6.9 MPa,and reached 12.3 MPa after 90 d,and the 7 d unconfined compressive strength of skeleton compacted cement stabilised gravel mixture reached 12.3 MPa after 90 d.After 90 d,it reaches 12.3 MPa,and the volume shrinkage of the skeleton compacted mixture is generally smaller than that of the cement cold regeneration mixture under the temperature change,showing better temperature stability,which proves that the application of cold in-place recycling technology in highway maintenance has significant technical advantages and economic benefits.
