摘  要:通过研究适用于高寒地区的高性能改性乳化沥青,为实体工程提供借鉴和指导依据。通过自主开发制备了改性乳化沥青,确定各配方最佳掺量,并通过弯曲梁流变试验及紫外老化试验,对比现有市场上4种改性乳化沥青的低温性能及抗紫外老化性能,并利用灰色关联分析法分析各项指标的相关性,并从微观角度观测了改性乳化沥青蒸发残留物抗紫外老化开裂性能。结果发现:以最佳掺量制备的改性乳化沥青残留物在弯曲梁流变试验-18℃时,蠕变劲度小于300 MPa,m值大于0.3,k指标最小;温度越低时,紫外老化影响效果越明显,随着温度逐渐降低,未经过紫外老化的k指标与软化点的相关性增加;沥青紫外老化前、后的低温蠕变速率与k指标相关性较弱,与蠕变劲度相关性大,自制改性乳化沥青蒸发残留物经过紫外老化30 d后,其沥青膜未产生明显开裂,验证了自制的改性乳化沥青有较强的抗紫外老化开裂的性能。This paper studies the high-performance modified emulsified asphalt suitable for alpine regions,and provides reference and guidance for physical engineering.In this paper,modified emulsified asphalt was prepared through independent development,and the optimal dosage of each formula was determined.Through Bending Beam Rheological test(BBR)and ultraviolet aging test,the low-temperature performance and anti-ultraviolet aging performance of four modified emulsified asphalts on the market were compared,and the correlation of each index was analyzed by grey correlation,and the anti-ultraviolet aging cracking performance of the evaporated residue of modified emulsified asphalt was observed from the microscopic point of view.The results showed that the modified emulsified asphalt residue prepared with the optimum dosage had the creep stiffness less than 300 MPa,the m value was greater than 0.3,and the k index was the smallest at-18℃in the bending beam rheological test.The effect is more obvious.As the temperature gradually decreases,the correlation between the k index without UV aging and the softening point increases;the low temperature creep rate of asphalt before and after UV aging has a weaker correlation with the k index,and the degree of correlation with the creep stiffness is large.After the evaporation residue of the self-made modified emulsified asphalt is subjected to ultraviolet aging for 30 days,the asphalt film does not have obvious cracking,which verifies that the self-made modified emulsified asphalt has strong anti-ultraviolet aging cracking performance.
