摘  要:以深中通道泄洪区非通航孔桥为依托,结合工程施工方法的特殊性,分析了整体吊装大节段制造线形的计算原理。利用有限元分析软件,建立了整体吊装钢箱连续梁桥的正装分析模型。根据无应力状态法和有限元分析结果,提出了大节段钢箱梁制造线形各相关参数以及修正项的计算方法,分析了现场施工过程中大节段间安装匹配以及伸缩缝端截面切角问题。Relying on the non-navigable bridge in the flood discharge area of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge,combined with the particularity of the construction method of the project,the calculation principle of the overall hoisting large-segment manufacturing line is analyzed.Using the finite element analysis software,a forward-fit analysis model of the integral hoisting steel box continuous beam bridge was established.According to the results of non stress state method and finite element analysis,the calculation method of relevant parameters and correction items of manufacturing alignment of large section steel box girder is proposed,and the problems of installation matching between large sections and section corner cutting at the end of expansion joint in the process of field construction are analyzed.
