摘  要:以偏高岭土为前驱体,在常温固化条件下制备了高韧性地聚合物复合材料(HTGC),研究了不同粒径偏高岭土的复掺比例、激发剂的浓度和模数、养护龄期对HTGC抗压、抗拉和抗弯性能的影响。结果表明:复掺适量不同粒径的偏高岭土有利于提高HTGC的抗压和抗拉性能;随着激发剂浓度从6 mol/L增至14 mol/L,试件的抗拉和抗压强度增大,拉伸和抗弯延性有所降低;随着激发剂模数从1.2增至2.0,试件抗压和抗拉强度基本有所降低;偏高岭土基HTGC具有明显的早强特性,这使其在快速建造项目中具有较大的应用潜力。High tenacity geopolymer composite(HTGC)were prepared by using metakaolin as a precursor under room temperature curing conditions.The effects of mixing ratios of different particle size metakaolin,concentration and modulus of activator,and curing age on the compressive,tensile,and bending properties of HTGC were studied.The results show that adding an appropriate content of metakaolin with different particle sizes is beneficial for improving the compressive and tensile properties of HTGC.As the concentration of activator increases from 6 mol/L to 14 mol/L,the tensile strength and compressive strength of the specimens increase,while the tensile ductility and bending ductility decrease.As the modulus of the activator increases from 1.2 to 2.0,the compressive strength and tensile strength of the specimens generally decrease.Metakaolin based HTGC has obvious early strength characteristics,which makes it have great potential for application in rapid construction projects.
