摘 要:目前在冶炼烟气治理脱硝中使用的NH_(3)-SCR催化剂存在操作温度窗口窄、低温(120℃)下催化活性不高、易中毒等不足,限制了其广泛应用。因此,开发低温高效、抗中毒性能好、稳定性强的催化剂成为当前研究重点。碳基催化剂由于其来源广泛、吸附性能强、催化活性好等优点备受关注,在脱硝方面有广阔的前景。本文基于碳基低温NH_(3)-SCR催化剂的最新研究进展,从碳基催化剂材料、添加活性组分、酸碱改性、抗SO_(2)与H_(2)O中毒与等方面介绍了影响催化剂脱硝活性的因素,分析了碳基催化剂的NH_(3)-SCR脱硝反应机理,并提出利于研发低温NH_(3)-SCR脱硝性能优异、抗中毒性能好的碳基催化剂的方向。At present,the NH_(3)-SCR catalyst used in smelting flue gas treatment and denitrification has shortcomings such as narrow operating temperature window,low catalytic activity at low temperature(120℃),and easy poisoning,which limits its wide application.Therefore,the development of catalysts with low temperature efficiency,good anti-toxicity performance and strong stability has become the focus of current research.Carbon-based catalysts have attracted much attention due to their wide range of sources,strong adsorption performance,and good catalytic activity,and have broad prospects in denitrification.Based on the latest research progress of carbon-based low-temperature NH_(3)-SCR catalysts,the factors influencing the denitrification activity of catalysts were introduced from the aspects of carbon-based catalyst materials,addition of active components,acid or base modification,resistance to SO_(2) and H_(2)O poisoning,and the NH_(3)-SCR reaction mechanism of carbon-based catalysts is analyzed,and the direction of carbon-based catalysts with excellent denitrification performance and anti-poisoning performance of low-temperature NH_(3)-SCR is proposed.
