摘　　要：目的:了解山东省互联网医院建设情况,分析其痛点问题,探索互联网医院的发展方向,明确其发展路径。方法:对山东省互联网医院发展情况进行调研,回顾性分析2019~2022年山东省各地市互联网医院相关工作开展情况,利用大量观察法、相关性分析等统计学方法,探究在互联网医院发展过程中存在的问题,提出相应优化策略。结果:目前山东省互联网医院发展进入相对瓶颈期,存在发展速度减慢,地区发展不均衡,申请主体不均衡等一系列问题亟待解决。结论:通过优化地域分布、平衡申请主体、提高诊疗质量、强化数据利用等策略,可为山东省互联网医院的发展提供强大推力,打破其发展瓶颈,促进互联网医院的健康可持续发展。Objective To understand the construction of Internet hospitals in Shandong Province,analyze their pain points,explore the development direction of Internet hospitals,and clarify their development path.Methods The development of Internet hospitals in Shandong Province was investigated,and the related work of Internet hospitals in various cities of Shandong Province from 2019 to 2022 was analyzed retrospectively.The problems in the development of Internet hospitals were explored by using ob-servational method and correlation analysis method,and the corresponding optimization strategies were proposed.Results At pres-ent,the development of Internet hospitals in Shandong Province has entered a relatively bottleneck period.There are a series of problems need to be solved urgently,such as slow development,unbalanced regional development,and unbalanced applicants.Conclusion It is suggested to optimize the geographical distribution,balance the applicants,improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment,and strengthen the use of data,which can provide strong impetus for the development,break the bottleneck of their de-velopment,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of Internet hospitals in Shandong Province.
