黔中地区不同附生树种对铁皮石斛生长及主要代谢产物的影响

摘  要:为筛选出适宜黔中地区铁皮石斛最佳附生树种,从而为铁皮石斛的繁育与栽培模式提供技术参考。本文以灯台树、枫香、山桐子等9个树种作为梵净山种源铁皮石斛附生栽培树种,观测铁皮石斛茎长、茎粗、新芽数与茎条鲜重、干重、茎叶比,并测定茎段总黄酮、总多糖、总生物碱含量,比较分析不同附生树种对铁皮石斛生长、产量与代谢产物含量的差异。结果表明:茎长生长量差异不显著,茎粗量生长、新芽数差异显著;茎条鲜重差异不显著,茎条干重、鲜茎叶比、干茎叶比差异显著;总黄酮、总多糖、总生物碱含量差异显著。不同附生树种间的微环境对铁皮石斛生长与主要代谢产物含量均有不同程度的影响。为兼顾产量与品质,建议选灯台树、山桐子、柔毛油杉等作为区域内铁皮石斛仿野生栽培的附生树种。This study aims to imitate the wild cultivation with attached trees on the Dendrobium officinale from the Mount Fanjing in the Central Guizhou Province,China.Tree species were selected as Cornus controversa,Liquidambar formosana,and Idesia polycarpa.A systematic analysis was made to determine the different growth and quality of Dendrobium officinale cultivated in the epiphytic trees.Some variations of parameters were then observed in the stem length,stem diameter,and the number of the new shoots in a single bush of Dendrobium officinale.The total contents were also measured on the flavonoids,polysaccharides and alkaloids in the stem segments.The results show that there was no significant difference in the stem length growth and fresh weight.While there was the significant difference in the diameter growth of stem,new bud number,stem dry weight,fresh stem to leaf ratio,dry stem to leaf ratio,as well as the content of total flavonoids,polysaccharides,and alkaloids in the stem segments.In summary,the microenvironment of the different trees shared the great impact on the growth of Dendrobium officinale and the content of main secondary metabolites.Therefore,it is recommended to Cornus controversa,Idesia polycarpa and Keteleeria pubescens as the epiphytic trees cultivated Dendrobium officinale in the area,in order to balance the yield and quality of the wild cultivation with attached trees.
