摘　　要：文章结合某工程的实际情况,首先分析了在现代建筑经济管理中成本控制的重要性;其次针对造价管理过程中存在的问题,提出了以全过程工程造价手段为核心的管理模式;最后详细阐述了BIM等先进技术手段在成本控制中的应用方法,旨在提高现代建筑经济管理的质量和效率,促进建筑行业的长久稳健发展。Based on the actual situation of a certain project,this article first analyzes the importance of cost control in modern construction economic management;Secondly,in response to the problems in the cost management process,a management model centered on the whole process engineering cost approach has been proposed;Finally,the application methods of advanced technologies such as BIM in cost control were elaborated in detail,aiming to improve the quality and efficiency of modern construction economic management and promote the long-term stable development of the construction industry.
