摘　　要：蒸压加气混凝土砌块因其轻质、高强、保温性好、吸声性好、耐火性强、无有害气体散发等优点,在建筑领域得到了广泛应用。为确保其性能和质量,需要进行有效的质量控制。文章从蒸压加气混凝土砌块的性能和质量控制两方面进行了综述,包括砂、粉煤灰、石灰和水泥等关键原材料的质量要求。通过对这些方面的控制,可以保证蒸压加气混凝土砌块具有良好的性能和稳定的质量。Autoclaved aerated concrete block has been widely used in the construction field because of its light weight,high strength,good thermal insulation,sound absorption,strong fire resistance and no harmful gas emission.In order to ensure its performance and quality,effective quality control is required.This paper summarizes the performance and quality control of autoclaved aerated concrete block,including the quality requirements of key raw materials such as sand,fly ash,lime and cement.Through the control of these aspects,we can ensure that the autoclaved aerated concrete block has good performance and stable quality.
