摘　　要：随着社会的快速发展,人们对居住环境提出了更高的要求和标准。而房屋渗透作为建筑工程中房建工程中主要面临的问题,亟待解决。为了提高人们的生活质量,需要应用先进的屋面防水技术,避免房屋出现渗漏问题,提升建筑物的整体质量和安全性。基于此,文章首先分析了住宅屋面防水技术在房建工程中的应用,并结合实例,针对房建施工过程中出现的屋面漏水的问题提出了针对性措施,以期进一步提高屋面防水施工的质量,为相关从业人员提供理论指导。With the rapid development of society,people put forward higher requirements and standards for the living environment.As the main problem in housing construction engineering,housing penetration needs to be solved urgently.In order to improve peoples quality of life,it is necessary to apply advanced roof waterproof technology to avoid the leakage of houses and improve the overall quality and safety of buildings.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the application of residential roof waterproof technology in housing construction projects,and combined with examples,puts forward targeted measures for the problem of roof water leakage in the process of housing construction,in order to further improve the quality of roof waterproof construction,and provide theoretical guidance for relevant practitioners.
