泥水平衡顶管施工技术在市政道路排水工程中的应用

摘　　要：市政道路排水工程中传统管道技术应用问题比较多,且存在较大局限性。泥水平衡顶管属于机械化顶管技术类型之一,其效率高且安全性较好,适用于复杂地质条件和需要长距离施工的工程。文章以某市政道路排水工程为例,介绍了泥水平衡顶管工艺流程,研究了泥水平衡顶管技术应用要点,包括工作井施工、顶推力计算、后背墙计算、管道顶进等,并总结了技术应用注意事项,以供相关人员借鉴。There are many problems in the application of traditional pipeline technology in municipal road drainage engineering,and there are great limitations.Slurry balanced pipe jacking is one of the types of mechanized pipe jacking technology,with high efficiency and good safety.It is suitable for projects with complex geological conditions and long-distance construction.Taking a municipal road drainage project as an example,this paper introduces the slurry balance pipe jacking process,studies the application points of slurry balance pipe jacking technology,including working well construction,jacking force calculation,back wall calculation,pipe jacking,etc.,and summarizes the matters needing attention in the technical application,so as to provide reference for relevant personnel.
