摘　　要：由于施工项目的建设时间较长,因此在实践中会存在很多不确定的因素,这些因素会对工程的正常运行造成一定的影响。若要取得较好的进度管理效果,则需要专业人员根据实际情况对施工过程进行有效的管理和控制,以保证建筑施工的科学实施。为此,文章针对建筑工程施工进度管理和控制存在的问题,提出了相应的对策,以保证建筑施工的顺利开展。Due to the long construction time of the construction project,there will be many uncertain factors in practice,which will have a certain impact on the normal operation of the project.In order to achieve better progress management effect,professionals need to effectively manage and control the construction process according to the actual situation,so as to ensure the scientific implementation of building construction.Therefore,aiming at the problems existing in the construction progress management and control of construction engineering,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures to ensure the smooth development of construction.
