清宣止咳颗粒结合西药治疗肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨西药结合清宣止咳颗粒对肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿的治疗效果、炎症因子的影响。方法研究对象选自2021年6月—2023年6月在歙县人民医院儿科就诊的79例MPP患儿,根据随机数字表法分组,观察组40例,对照组39例。对照组予以西药抗感染等常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上结合清宣止咳颗粒进行治疗。通过观察两组药物治疗效果、症状持续时间(咳嗽持续时间、痰鸣音持续时间、湿性啰音持续时间)、炎症因子水平[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、降钙素原(PCT)]及药物不良反应情况,对比两组患儿的治疗效果及对炎症因子的影响。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽持续时间、痰鸣音持续时间、湿性啰音持续时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CRP、IL-6、PCT结果均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对MP患儿,采取西药抗炎治疗联合清宣止咳颗粒,能够有效改善临床症状,提升治疗效果,减少相关炎症因子的产生及药物不良反应的发生,可广泛应用于临床。Objective Exploring the therapeutic effect of Western medicine combined with Qingxuan Zhike granules on children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)and the influence of inflammatory factors.Methods The research subjects were selected from 79 children with MPP who visited the pediatric department of Shexian People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023.They were randomly divided into an observation group of 40 cases and a control group of 39 cases using a random number table method.The control group received routine symptomatic treatment such as Western medicine anti infection,while the observation group received treatment in combination with Qingxuan Zhike Granules on the basis of the control group.By observing the therapeutic effects,duration of symptoms(cough duration,sputum ringing duration,wet rale duration),levels of inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT)],and adverse drug reactions of two groups of children,the therapeutic effects and their impact on inflammatory factors were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The duration of cough,sputum sounds,and wet rales in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);The CRP,IL-6,and PCT results of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For children with MP,the combination of Western medicine anti-inflammatory treatment and Qingxuan Zhike granules can effectively improve clinical symptoms,enhance treatment effectiveness,reduce the production of related inflammatory factors and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions,and can be widely used in clinical practice.
