来曲唑联合滋肾育胎丸治疗对多囊卵巢综合征相关不孕症患者激素水平 及妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)相关不孕症患者采用来曲唑联合滋肾育胎丸治疗对其激素水平和妊娠结果的影响。方法本研究纳入2020年1月至2022年12月漳州市妇幼保健院收治的120例PCOS相关不孕症患者,依据不同的治疗方法将观察对象分为两组,将采用优思悦预处理后使用来曲唑促排治疗的60例患者纳入对照组,在对照组的基础上联合滋肾育胎丸治疗的60例患者纳入观察组,对比两组治疗前后的中医证候评分、激素水平、妊娠结局和不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,在月经稀发、经量、腰膝酸软、面色晦暗、头晕耳鸣评分的比较方面,与对照组相比,观察组较低(P<0.05);在促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)的比较方面,与对照组相比,观察组较低,且在雌二醇(E2)的比较方面,与对照组相比,观察组较高(P<0.05);在排卵率和妊娠率的比较方面,与对照组相比,观察组较高,且在流产率的比较方面,与对照组相比,观察组较低(P<0.05);在不良反应发生率的比较方面,两组均无差异(P>0.05)。结论PCOS相关不孕症患者采用来曲唑联合滋肾育胎丸治疗的效果显著,不仅可以有效减轻其中医症状,调节其激素水平,还可以改善其妊娠结局,减少流产情况的发生,且安全性良好。Objective To explore the clinical effects of letrozole combined with Zishen Yutai Pill on hormone levels and pregnancy outcomes in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)related infertility.Methods This study included 120 cases of PCOS-related infertility patients admitted to Zhangzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022.The observation subjects were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.60 patients who were treated with letrozole after pre-treatment were included in the control group.On the basis of the control group,60 patients treated with Zishenyutong pill were included in the observation group,and the TCM syndrome score,hormone level,pregnancy outcome and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group showed significantly lower scores in infrequent menstruation,menstrual volume,lower back and knee soreness,dull complexion,dizziness,and tinnitus(P<0.05);In the comparison of luteinizing hormone(LH),and testosterone(T),the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and in the comparison of estradiol(E2),the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);In the comparison of ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and in the comparison of miscarriage rate,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The treatment of PCOS related infertility patients with letrozole combined with Zishen Yutai Pill has a significant effect.It can not only effectively alleviate their traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,regulate their hormone levels,but also improve their pregnancy outcomes,reduce the occurrence of miscarriages,and has good safety.
