摘　　要：目的研究双环节协同护理模式对老年腹股沟疝术后患者并发症、自护能力及胃肠功能的影响。方法纳入2020年6月至2023年6月本院收治的老年腹股沟疝术后患者60例,通过随机数字表法均分为两组,每组30例,分别实施常规护理模式、双环节协同护理模式至出院,比较两组护理效果。结果干预后,观察组心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组胃肠功能恢复时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年腹股沟疝术后患者实施双环节协同护理模式有助于改善其心理弹性,提高其自护能力,促进胃肠功能恢复,以及减少并发症的发生。Objective To study the effect of two-session collaborative care model on complications,self-care ability and gastrointestinal function of elderly postoperative patients with inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 60 cases of elderly postoperative inguinal hernia patients admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were included,divided into two groups of 30 cases each by the random number table method,and implemented the conventional nursing mode and the two-session collaborative nursing mode until discharge,comparing the effect of nursing care in the two groups.Results After intervention,the Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)and exercise of self-care agency(ESCA)scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The gastrointestinal function recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of the two-session collaborative nursing model for elderly postoperative inguinal hernia patients helps to improve their psychological elasticity,enhance their self-care ability,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,as well as reduce the occurrence of complications.
