医护协作式健康教育对高热惊厥患儿家长疾病不确定感及负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨医护协作式健康教育对高热惊厥患儿家长疾病不确定感及负性情绪的影响。方法选取2021年6月至2022年5月我院儿科收治的80例高热惊厥患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,实施常规健康教育的40例分为对照组,实施医护协作式健康教育的40例分为观察组。比较两组干预前后患儿家长疾病不确定感(PPUS)及负性情绪(SAS、SDS),比较两组患儿康复时间、并发症总发生率。结果干预后,观察组家长PPUS、SAS及SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿惊厥控制、体温正常及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对高热惊厥患儿家长实施医护协助式健康教育可降低其疾病不确定感,改善其焦虑、抑郁程度,缩短患儿康复时间。Objective To explore the influence of healthcare collaborative health education on parents'uncertainty and negative emotions of children with febrile convulsions.Methods A total of 80 cases of children with febrile convulsions admitted to the Department of Paediatrics of our hospital from June 2021 to May 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases of routine health education were divided into the control group,and 40 cases of healthcare collaborative health education were divided into the observation group.Comparison of the two groups before and after the intervention of the parents of the children's sense of uncertainty about the disease(PPUS)and negative emotions(SAS,SDS),and comparison of the two groups of children's recovery time,the total incidence of complications.Results After the intervention,the PPUS,SAS and SDS scores of parents in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The control of convulsions,normal body temperature and hospitalisation time of children in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the complication rate of children in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The implementation of healthcare-assisted health education for parents of children with febrile convulsions can reduce their sense of uncertainty about the disease,improve their anxiety and depression,and shorten the recovery time of the children.
