专项护理在无痛胃肠镜术后麻醉复苏期的护理效果

摘　　要：目的分析专项护理在无痛胃肠镜术后麻醉复苏期的护理效果。方法选取2023年9月至2024年3月在我院实施无痛胃肠镜术的800例手术患者,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各400例,对照组采用常规护理,试验组实施专项护理,对比两组静息期、苏醒期的心率和血压水平以及躁动评分、完全清醒时间、复苏室滞留时间、不良反应(恶心呕吐、低血压、腹胀腹痛、呛咳)发生率、患者满意度。结果试验组静息期、苏醒期的心率和血压波动幅度小于对照组,躁动评分低于对照组,完全清醒时间、复苏室滞留时间短于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,总满意度高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论无痛胃肠镜术后麻醉复苏期实施专项护理能有效降低躁动评分,降低对血压、心率的影响,减少不良反应发生,缩短完全清醒时间、复苏室滞留时间。Objective To analyse the nursing effect of special nursing in the recovery period of anaesthesia after painless gastroenteroscopy.Methods A total of 800 surgical patients who underwent painless gastroenteroscopy in our hospital from September 2023 to March 2024 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the method of random number table,each with 400 cases;the control group used conventional nursing care,and the experimental group implemented specialised nursing care,comparing the heart rate and blood pressure levels as well as agitation scores during the resting period and the awakening period of the two groups,the time of complete wakefulness,the time of retention in the recovery room,the adverse reactions(nausea and vomiting,hypotension,abdominal distension and abdominal pain,choking)incidence,and patient satisfaction.Results The heart rate and blood pressure fluctuations in the resting and awakening periods of the experimental group were smaller than those of the control group,the agitation score was lower than that of the control group,the time of complete wakefulness and the duration of stay in the resuscitation room were shorter than those of the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,and the overall satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of special nursing care during anaesthesia resuscitation after painless gastroenteroscopy can effectively reduce the agitation score,reduce the impact on blood pressure and heart rate,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and shorten the time of complete wakefulness and the time of stay in the resuscitation room.
