二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖对2型糖尿病患者免疫功能、糖脂代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的探析为2型糖尿病患者应用二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗的临床效果。方法纳入2020年8月至2023年8月连江县透堡镇卫生院收治被确诊为2型糖尿病患者80例为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分组,命名为对照组、观察组,分别给予单一二甲双胍治疗、联合阿卡波糖治疗,各组40例。从两组患者在治疗后的免疫功能状态、血糖、血脂指标变化、胰岛素功能状态差异进行评价。结果干预后,两组患者免疫指标阳性率有所下降,观察组患者低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者血糖指标、血脂指标均有改善,观察组血糖指标、血脂指标更低(P<0.05);两组患者胰岛功能指标有改善,观察组胰岛功能更优(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者应用二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖药物联合方案治疗在患者免疫指标、血糖指标、血脂指标、胰岛功能指标的控制改善方面有令人满意的效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of metformin combined with acarbose on type 2 diabetes patients.Methods A total of 80 cases of patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Fengcheng Community Health Service Center of Lianjiang County from August 2020 to August 2023 were included as the study subjects,and were grouped by randomized numerical table method,named as control group and observation group,and were given single metformin treatment,combined with acarbose treatment,respectively,with 40 cases in each group.From the two groups of patients in the treatment of immune function status,blood glucose,blood lipid index changes,insulin function status differences were evaluated.Results After the intervention,the positive rate of immunity indexes of the two groups decreased,and the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the glycemic indexes and lipid indexes of the two groups improved,and the glycemic indexes and lipid indexes of the observation group were lower(P<0.05);the pancreatic function indexes of the two groups improved,and the pancreatic function of the observation group was more favorable(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of metformin combined with acarbose drug combination regimen to the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus had satisfactory results in the improvement of the control of patients'immune indexes,glycemic indexes,lipid indexes,and pancreatic islet function indexes.
