托法替布联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿性关节炎患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨托法替布联合甲氨蝶呤治疗方案对类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者的效果。方法选取2022年1—12月婺源县妇幼保健院收治的类风湿性关节炎患者34例,随机分组,对照组17例行甲氨蝶呤方案,观察组17例行托法替布联合甲氨蝶呤方案。比对两组临床症状、关节疼痛程度、关节肿胀情况、生活质量、不良反应发生情况、满意度。结果治疗后观察组各项临床症状评分更低,关节疼痛视觉模拟量表评分更低、关节肿胀个数更少,各项生活质量评分更高,总不良反应发生率更低,满意度更高(均P<0.05)。结论针对类风湿性关节炎应用托法替布联合甲氨蝶呤方案治疗有助于改善各项临床症状,减轻关节疼痛程度,改善关节肿胀情况,有利于不良反应控制,提高患者生活质量水平,患者对治疗效果较为满意。Objective To investigate the efficacy of tofacitinib combined with methotrexate treatment in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods A total of 34 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to Wuyuan County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected and randomly grouped into two groups:17 cases of methotrexate regimen in the control group,and 17 cases of Tofacitinib combined with Methotrexate regimen in the observation group.Compare the two groups'clinical symptoms,degree of joint pain,joint swelling,quality of life,occurrence of adverse reactions,and satisfaction.Results After treatment,the observation group had lower scores for all clinical symptoms,lower scores on the visual analog scale for joint pain,fewer swollen joints,higher scores for all quality of life,a lower incidence of total adverse reactions,and a higher degree of satisfaction(all P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of tofacitinib and methotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis can help improve various clinical symptoms,reduce joint pain,improve joint swelling,control adverse reactions,improve patient quality of life,and provide satisfactory treatment plans.
