摘 要:目的观察产前检查门诊孕妇采取孕期系统健康教育的临床价值。方法选取2022年11月至2023年11月收治的76例门诊产前检查孕妇资料,按照不同干预方式分为对照组(38例,常规健康教育)、观察组(38例,孕期系统健康教育)。观察两组患者焦虑、抑郁情绪以及孕期健康知识水平、自我效能。结果观察组焦虑情绪(26.30±2.97)分、抑郁情绪(22.30±1.09)分、孕期健康知识评分(89.86±6.83)分优于对照组(35.79±4.82)分、(26.81±3.62)分、(70.16±3.84)分,(t=5.696、7.959、5.851,P<0.05)。观察组自我护理技能(40.16±4.68)分、自我责任感(21.16±1.19)分、自我概念(30.13±4.68)分、健康知识水平(60.03±5.59)分高于对照组(33.12±2.10)分、(12.60±0.23)分、(21.36±1.18)分、(52.01±1.13)分,(t=5.593、7.024、4.205、5.984,P<0.05)。结论在产前检查门诊护理工作中,应用孕期系统健康教育,能够有效调节孕妇不良情绪,提升其孕期健康知识水平及满意度。Objective To observe the clinical value of systematic health education during pregnancy in pregnant women during prenatal examination.Methods The data of 76 pregnant women admitted to outpatient prenatal examination from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected and divided into control group(38 cases,routine health education)and observation group(38 cases,systematic health education during pregnancy)according to different intervention methods.Both groups were observed for anxiety,depression,pregnancy health knowledge level and self-efficacy.Results Points in the observation group,anxiety(26.30±2.97),depression(22.30±1.09),pregnancy health knowledge score(89.86±6.83)were better than the control group(35.79±4.82),(26.81±3.62),(70.16±3.84),(t=5.696、7.959、5.851,P<0.05).Self-care skills(40.16±4.68),self-responsibility(21.16±1.19),self-concept(30.13±4.68),health knowledge(60.03±5.59)(33.12±2.10),(12.60±0.20),(21.36±1.18),(52.01±1.13),(t=5.593、7.024、4.205、5.984,P<0.05).Conclusions In the outpatient care work of prenatal examination,the application of pregnancy systematic health education can effectively regulate the bad emotions of pregnant women,improve the level of health knowledge during pregnancy,and improve the satisfaction of pregnant women.
