综合护理在老年慢性肾功能不全患者负性情绪控制中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析老年慢性肾功能不全(CRI)患者采取综合护理干预对负性情绪控制的效果。方法于我院2022年1月至2023年12月收治的CRI患者中选取82例,经随机数字表法分为两组,各41例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理,对比两组肾功能、营养状况、睡眠质量、生活质量、负性情绪等。结果干预后,观察组血肌酐、尿素氮、尿酸水平低于对照组,白蛋白、BMI水平高于对照组,生活活动能力(ADL)评分高于对照组,匹茨堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对CRI患者实施综合护理干预,可以改善肾功能、营养状态,提高睡眠质量、生活质量,有效控制负性情绪。Objective To analyse the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on negative emotion control in elderly chronic renal insufficiency(CRI)patients.Methods A total of 82 cases were selected from CRI patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023,and were divided into two groups of 41 cases each by random number table method.The control group adopted conventional care,and the observation group adopted comprehensive care,comparing renal function,nutritional status,sleep quality,quality of life,negative emotions and so on in the two groups.Results After intervention,the blood creatinine,urea nitrogen,uric acid level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,albumin,BMI level was higher than that of the control group,activity of daily living(ADL)score was higher than that of the control group,and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),self-rating anxiety scale(SRS)were higher than that of the control group.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention for CRI patients can improve renal function,nutritional status,sleep quality,quality of life,and effectively control negative emotions.
