摘　　要：目的分析快速康复外科护理干预对腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者术后并发症及胃肠功能恢复情况的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年6月本院收治的100例腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法均分为研究组和对照组,每组各50例,对照组给予患者传统护理措施,研究组予以患者快速康复外科护理干预模式,对比两组的术后并发症、进食时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间、住院时间、住院费用。结果研究组术后并发症发生率率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组进食、肛门排气、排便及住院时间短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者行快速康复外科护理干预模式可显著降低术后并发症率,加快恢复时间,降低医疗费用。Objective To analyse the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing intervention on postoperative complications and gastrointestinal function recovery in patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods A total of 100 cases of laparoscopic appendectomy patients admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study object,divided into research group and control group based on random number table method,50 cases in each group,the control group was given traditional nursing measures,and the research group was given rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing intervention mode,comparing the postoperative complications,feeding time,anal defecation time,hospital stay,hospitalisation time and gastrointestinal function recovery of the two groups,defecation time,hospitalisation time and hospital costs.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study group had shorter feeding,anal defecation,defecation and hospitalisation time than the control group,and the hospitalisation cost was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic appendectomy patients with rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing intervention model can significantly reduce the rate of postoperative complications,accelerate the recovery time,and reduce medical costs.
