海口地区下眼睑瘀黑表征与儿童特禀质体质的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨中医望诊中下眼睑瘀黑表征对儿童特禀质体质判断的价值。方法以2022年1月至2023年12月居住在海南海口地区的392例儿童为研究对象,由主治及以上医师诊断患儿是否为下眼睑瘀黑表征、特禀质体质,分析下眼睑瘀黑表征对特禀质体质的诊断价值。结果共纳入疑似下眼睑瘀黑表征患儿392例,其中确诊为下眼睑瘀黑患儿268例,下眼睑瘀黑患儿中特禀质发生率为82.84%(222/268)。下眼睑瘀黑表征诊断儿童特禀质体质的敏感度为82.83%、特异度为60.90%、阳性预测值为82.83%、阴性预测值为62.90%、阳性似然比为2.23、阴性似然比为0.27。结论下眼睑瘀黑表征与儿童特禀质体质具有相关性,可作为特禀质体质的初步辨识方法。Objective To explore the value of lower eyelid stasis and blackness signs in Chinese medicine diagnosis for the judgement of children's endowment constitution.Methods A total of 392 children living in Haikou area of Hainan from January 2022 to December 2023 were taken as the study subjects,and the diagnosis of whether the children were with lower eyelid stasis and darkness sign and endowment constitution was made by the attending physician or above,and the diagnostic value of lower eyelid stasis and darkness sign on endowment constitution was analysed.Results A total of 392 children with suspected lower eyelid petechiae were included,of whom 268 were diagnosed with lower eyelid petechiae,and the prevalence of atypical constitution among children with lower eyelid petechiae was 82.84%(222/268).The sensitivity of lower eyelid petechiae was 82.83%,the specificity was 60.90%,the positive predictive value was 82.83%,the negative predictive value was 62.90%,the positive likelihood ratio was 2.23,and the negative likelihood ratio was 0.27.Conclusions Lower eyelid petechiae is correlated with children's endowment and can be used as a preliminary method of identifying the endowment.
