中医辨证施护联合金黄散中药涂擦对痛风患者的护理效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中医辨证施护联合金黄散中药涂擦对痛风患者的护理效果及中医症状评分的影响。方法选取2022年4月—2023年11月收治的52例痛风患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法进行分组,分为对照组、研究组,各26例,其中对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施中医辨证施护联合金黄散中药涂擦。对比两组中医症候积分、疼痛程度、疼痛持续时间及住院时间。结果干预后,研究组中医症候积分及疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者疼痛持续时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对痛风患者实施中医辨证施护联合金黄散中药涂擦可取得更为理想的干预效果,能积极改善患者临床症状及减轻疼痛程度,缩短患者疼痛持续时间及住院时间。Objective To explore the effects of TCM syndrome differentiation and care combined with Jinhuang powder on the nursing effect and TCM symptom score of gout patients.Methods Fifty-two patients with gout treated from April 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the subjects and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 26 cases each.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given TCM syndrome differentiation and care combined with Jinhuang powder traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the reference group.TCM symptom score,pain degree,pain duration and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the TCM symptom scores and pain visual analog scale(VAS)scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the pain duration and hospitalization time of the patients in the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of TCM syndrome differentiation and care combined with Jinhuang powder can achieve a better intervention effect,which can actively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the degree of pain,and shorten the duration of pain and hospital stay of patients.
