黄芪益肺汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期肺脾气虚证的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期(肺脾气虚证)应用黄芪益肺汤治疗的功效。方法选取2022年4月至2024年3月福建中医药大学附属人民医院呼吸科收治的COPD肺脾气虚证患者74例,回顾分析,以随机数字表法分组,常规药物治疗37例,设为对照组,常规药物治疗联合黄芪益肺汤治疗37例,设为试验组,比较两组肺功能、炎症反应、临床疗效。结果治疗后,试验组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、免疫化学发光法检测降钙素原(PCT)与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组总有效率94.59%,高于对照组72.97%(P<0.05)。结论在药物治疗基础上联用黄芪益肺汤有利于改善稳定期COPD患者肺功能,抑制炎症反应,疗效较好。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Huangqi Yifei Decoction in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)at stable stage(syndrome of Lung-qi deficiency).Methods A total of 74 COPD patients with lung-qi deficiency syndrome admitted to the department of respiratory,the Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to March 2024 were selected.A retrospective analysis showed that 37 cases were treated with conventional drugs and set as the control group,and 37 cases were treated with conventional drug therapy combined with Huangqi Yifei Decoction and set as the experimental group.The pulmonary function,inflammatory response and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the test group's 1st second force expiratory volume(FEV1),forceful lung capacity(FVC),and FEV1/FVC were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the difference between the test group's ultrasensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),and immunochemiluminescent method for detecting procalcitonin(PCT)and that of the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05);and the test group's total effective rate of 94.59%,which was higher than 72.97%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Huangqi Yifei Decoction combined with drug therapy is beneficial to improve pulmonary function and inhibit inflammatory response in stable COPD patients,and has a good effect.
