CGA专科护理结合家庭同步健康教育对老年冠心病患者应对方式及自我效能的影响

摘　　要：目的探究老年冠心病患者采用综合老年评估(comprehensive elderly assessment,CGA)专科护理结合家庭同步健康教育的应用效果。方法择取2022年1月至2023年12月本院100例老年冠心病患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分组(对照组:常规护理,观察组:常规护理+CGA专科护理+家庭同步健康宣教),各组50例,对比两组医学应对方式问卷量表(MCMQ)、疾病认知度、自我效能评分、不良事件发生率、冠心病自我管理量表(CSMS)评分。结果两组MCMQ评估对比,观察组更优,观察组回避、屈服评分更低,且面对项评分更高(P<0.05)。观察组疾病认知度高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后3个月,观察组自我效能评分、CSMS评分高于对照组,不良事件发生率低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论在对老年冠心病患者干预时,CGA专科护理结合家庭同步健康教育可改善患者自我效能,促使应对方式改变,临床应用价值高。Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive geriatric assessment(CGA)combined with family synchronous health education in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods We selected 100 cases of elderly coronary heart disease patients in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 as the study subjects,grouped according to the random number table method(control group:conventional nursing care,observation group:conventional nursing care+CGA specialized nursing care+synchronized health promotion at home),with 50 cases in each group,and compared the two groups in terms of medical coping mode questionnaire scale(MCMQ),disease cognition,self-efficacy score,adverse event incidence,and Coronary self-management scale(CSMS)score.Results Comparison of the MCMQ assessment between the two groups showed that the observation group was superior,with lower avoidance and submission scores and higher scores on the face item in the observation group(P<0.05).Disease awareness was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Three months after the intervention,the self-efficacy score and CSMS score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions In the intervention of elderly patients with coronary heart disease,CGA specialized nursing combined with family synchronous health education can improve patients'self-efficacy and promote the change of coping style,which has high clinical application value.
