儿童包皮过长切除手术的心理疏导及个体化护理分析

摘　　要：目的分析在儿童包皮过长切除术中实施心理疏导及个体化护理干预措施的综合成效。方法以灌口镇中心卫生院2019年1月至2023年10月收治的60例包皮过长切除术患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组患儿实施心理疏导及常规护理,观察组在对照组基础之上加用个体化护理。对比两组患儿护理前后不良情绪严重程度以及护理后疼痛程度。结果护理前两组患儿焦虑、恐惧、抑郁及退缩等不良情绪无统计学差异(P>0.05),经护理后两组患儿的不良情绪均有缓解,且观察组的不良情绪改善情况更优于对照组(P<0.05);护理后观察组患儿疼痛程度轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论考虑到儿童包皮过长切除术治疗的特殊性,应当在常规护理的基础之上为患儿提供心理疏导及个体化护理,联合干预有助于减轻患儿的不良情绪及术后疼痛程度,具有重要的护理意义,值得在临床治疗中实施。Objective To analyze the comprehensive effectiveness of psychological counseling and personalized nursing interventions in children undergoing circumcision for phimosis.Methods A total of 60 children who underwent circumcision for phimosis at Guankou Town Central Health Center from January 2019 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received psychological counseling and routine care,while the observation group received individualized care in addition to the control group.Compare the severity of negative emotions and pain levels before and after nursing care between two groups of pediatric patients.Results There was no statistically significant difference in negative emotions such as anxiety,fear,depression,and withdrawal between the two groups of children before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the negative emotions of both groups of children were relieved,and the improvement of negative emotions in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);The pain level of the observation group after nursing was milder than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Considering the particularity of circumcision for children with phimosis,psychological counseling and personalized care should be provided for the child on the basis of routine nursing.Combined intervention can help alleviate the child's negative emotions and postoperative pain,which has important nursing significance and is worth implementing in clinical treatment.
