摘 要:为研究宽翼缘矮塔斜拉桥有内横梁箱梁内模施工技术,基于浮山丞相河特大桥宽翼缘矮塔斜拉桥单箱双室箱形截面工程实例,提出了一种挂篮内横梁与内模桁架、钢管架形成相对固定的装配系统的主梁节段施工工艺及关键技术点,探索解决传统箱梁节段施工钢管架安拆工序繁琐、施工周期长及安全风险高等问题。通过工程实例验证,该方法施工周期短,施工质量较高,对同类型桥梁主梁节段施工具有一定参考意义。In order to study the construction technology of the inner formwork of box girder with inner crossgirder of the short tower cable-stayed bridge with wide flange,based on the example of the single-box and double-chamber box-type cross-section project of the short tower cable-stayed bridge with wide flange of Fushan grand bridge over Chengxiang river,the construction technology and key technical points of the main girder segment of the assembly system relatively fixed by the inner crossgirder of the hanging basket,the inner formwork truss and the steel pipe frame are put forward,and the problems of cumbersome installation and dismantling process,long construction period and high safety risk of the steel pipe frame in the construction of the traditional box girder segment are explored.Through the verification of engineering examples,the construction period of this method is short,the construction quality is high,and it has certain reference significance for the construction of the main girder segment of the same type of bridge.
